- Check the mpMSI.log file for any error states, typically it will return an MSI error code like 1603 if there is an issue. Based on the error state, you will know what to do.
- Ensure that your pre-requesites are done: IIS Installed w/ WebDAV, and BITS Installed
- Make sure that WebDAV and BITS are both set to Allow in IIS
One way to get more information on the Management Point install is to run the MP.MSI manually. While the installation will fail, the error code may give you more info that wasn't collected in the Log files. Once done, deinstall and reinstall the management point via ConfigMgr and you should be good to go.
